Shipping Providers That Are Used by the Top 100 Online Stores in China

According to our recent analysis, SF Express holds a significant share of the shipping market for the top 100 Chinese online stores by net sales, with 53% of them relying on their services.
Click & Collect, also known as self-collection, is the second most popular option. With this method, customers pick up the goods themselves at a nearby store, eliminating the need for a delivery service. 35% of stores chose this method. EMS follows on third place with 28%.
Interestingly, 10% of the online stores prefer to use their own delivery services. Other providers, including FedEx, Yuantong Express, and Yunda Express, are only used by 4% of the stores.
